Servco Pre-Owned Advantage does not apply to used vehicles purchased for resale. Benefits are voided if original purchaser transfers ownership or sells to another party.
(1) Nationwide Warranty (Certified Pre-Owned)- Each Servco Certified Pre-Owned vehicle includes an Allstate Limited Powertrain Warranty, valid for up to 36 months or 100,000 total vehicle miles, whichever occurs first. Coverage is limited to specified major components of the engine, transmission, drive axle, and other listed parts. A $100 deductible applies to each covered repair. Warranty service is available at any participating ASE-certified repair facility nationwide. Please refer to the official warranty contract for complete terms, conditions, and exclusions.
Nationwide coverage is administered by Pablo Creek Services, Inc. under the Signature Certified Limited Warranty powered by Allstate®. Pablo Creek Services, Inc. makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, to any actual or prospective purchaser of a vehicle. Buyers are responsible for addressing any and all differences between information presented and the actual vehicles and/or warranties offered.
(2) Roadside Assistance — Roadside Assistance is not valid on commercial purchases.
(3) Quality Assurance — 100-point inspection applies to Oahu. Criteria may differ on Neighbor Islands.
(4) Limited Warranty (Pre-Owned) — To qualify for a limited warranty from Servco, the vehicle you purchase generally must meet the following requirements:
- Be less than 5 years old as of January of the model year;
- Have a purchase price of more than $1,500;
- Have between 12,000 and 75,000 miles;
- May not have been custom-built or modified; and
- Never have been considered "inoperable" or a "total loss".
If applicable, then the warranty periods are as follows:
- Vehicles with less than 25,000 miles have a 90-day or 5,000 mile warranty period;
- Vehicles with 25,000 to 49,000 miles have a 60-day or 3,000 mile warranty period; and
- Vehicles with 50,000 to 74,999 miles have a warranty period of 30-days or 1,000 miles.

(5) Emergency Alternate Vehicle (Pre-Owned) — Covers up to $30 for one day of alternate transportation. Benefit can be used once per benefit period. To qualify, the vehicle must be towed back to a Servco Toyota dealership.
(6) Emergency Alternate Vehicle (Certified Pre-Owned) — Covers up to a maximum of $65 per day until repairs are completed, not to exceed 7 consecutive days. Rental vehicles must be obtained from a licensed rental agency. You must be the primary signee or be listed as an additional driver on the rental agreement. Please refer to the official warranty contract for complete terms, conditions, and exclusions.
(7) A CARFAX Vehicle History Report is reviewed as part of the certification process. To qualify for the program, the report, as of the date obtained, must show no accidents, structural or frame damage, or branded title records. Vehicle history reports are subject to change, and the absence of such records does not guarantee the vehicle’s condition. Not all incidents may be reported. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED BY DEALER FOR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CARFAX REPORT.
(8) 5-Day Money Back Guarantee — Our exchange or money back program allows you to return or exchange your purchased used vehicle from us provided that: 1) the vehicle is returned/exchanged to the dealership where the vehicle was purchased; 2) the vehicle is returned in the same condition (e.g. the automobile has not been in an accident and is free from modifications, new dents, scratches, tears, breaks, cracks, stains, or similar issues) as determined by the dealer in its reasonable discretion; and 3) the returned vehicle is free from any outside lien (or binding arrangements are in place with your lender to release all liens on the vehicle returned upon return or exchange). In addition, please note that if you exchange for a vehicle of greater value, then additional costs will be applicable.
